The Rygor Group is one of the UK’s largest commercial vehicle dealer groups, with over 14 sites supporting hundreds of staff across sales, servicing, and fleet operations.


As part of its transformation roadmap, Rygor engaged Altiatech to stabilise, modernise, and futureproof its IT infrastructure, while improving governance and operational efficiency.


The Challenge

Rygor’s IT landscape had become fragmented over time, with outdated infrastructure, legacy systems, and limited in-house support capacity.
