Our Process

Compliance and Process Gap Analysis: An initial assessment will systematically review your existing state to produce a snapshot and compare this to the requirements of your desired Framework to produce a Gap Analysis for discussion.
Remediation: Our consultants will provide recommendations on how to align your organisation with regulatory obligations and other framework requirements. This includes co-producing a project plan for implementation, together with planned update meetings.
Implementation: Altiatech will mobilise its Framework Practitioners to provide a dedicated resource lead to suggest and produce quality processes for embedding into your organisations as frictionless as possible.
